Ingredients (mango-passion fruit flavour): Creatine monohydrate, acids (E330, E296), salt, flavourings, anti-caking agent (E551), colours (E160a, E110), sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame K). E110 – May have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.

Recommended use: Mix ~1 scoop of powder (5 g) with 150 ml of water. Drink before training.
